Results/Progress:
- As a result, ICT education at SSC and HSC levels will improve, and the established 2,000 well-equipped and high-speed internet-enabled computer and language training labs will be considered as an ICT infrastructure.
- Alongside receiving essential training in computer graphics and animation, students at the tertiary level will also have the opportunity to learn 9 different languages.
- Foreign language education will lead to an increase in freelancing and international job opportunities.
- Language training institutes (such as Dhaka University) will provide training to 1,000 teachers selected from educational institutions.
- Trained teachers will serve as master trainers, providing training to students and other teachers. SSC and HSC graduates from computer-equipped institutions will be able to engage themselves in income-generating work through computer usage.
Sufficient human resources with computer knowledge will be created nationwide.
The existing language barriers in freelancing and outsourcing will be reduced.
Tech-savvy young individuals proficient in international languages will further enrich the market of freelancing and outsourcing. "The National ICT Policy-2009" has been approved by the government. This project aligns directly with the strategic content of the National ICT Policy-2009.
